Culinary Education Study Program, Faculty of Technology and Vocational Education, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia is stipulated by the Decree of the UPI BHMN Chancellor Number 60/DIKTI/Kep/2007 April 2, 2007. Graduates of the Culinary Education Study Program are awarded the SPd (Bachelor of Education) degree.
The focus of the Culinary Education study program Becoming an educator in the field of Culinary who is competent in masteringdraft,theory and practice in the field of Culinary, as well as being able to apply science, technology and art (science and technology) in the field of Culinary, Becoming an instructor at non-formal educational institutions in the field of Culinary, Able to organize (plan, implement, evaluate) and innovate in institutions and food service businesses, and Able to manage (plan, organize and evaluate) businesses in the catering sector according to consumer needs and the times according to the qualification and competency standards. The Culinary Education Study Program obtained an “A” accreditation score through SK BAN PT number 1486/SK/BAN-PT/Ak-PPJ/S/II/2020 The Culinary Education Study Program has partnered with Tourism Vocational Schools, Culinary Industry, Indonesian Chefs Association, LPTK Association (Tata Boga Indonesia), as associate partners.
